  • This place has the worse customer service. I waited 30 minutes and they didn't even make my order. I wanted to give them a chance since I had a good experience before. The place wasn't even busy when I arrived. I had to ask one of the people who work there. I was so close to walk out of this place. On top of that the boba was not good. It was not soft and chewy like it should be. It was purely hard.
