  • After having spoke with the insurance after they reviewed the claim, she said herself it was borderline fraudulent/unethical how nobody informed me that my free visit would turn into a $300 visit for asking for one additional thing. It was the way they billed the visit that took it out of the insurance company's hands. At this point, all I can do is pay the bill and hope I have some good karma on the way :(
