  • Definitely the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I walked in and and only one staff member was working. The other 3 were playing cards. They yelled "how can I help you" without coming any closer. I told them I wanted my gel nails removed and she just signaled to come closer and kept saying the number "4" (as if that meant something to me). When I didn't take a seat because she pointed in-between two of them, she looked at me like I was an idiot and said the number "4" again - I'm guessing that was station 4 or something. She filed down my nails, wrapped them in tin foil with acetone, and then painted another girl's nails. It usually takes 10 minutes for them to soak and come off with ease, but she took over 20 minutes on the other girl while I just sat there waiting. She came back, scraped my nail polish off, then told me to wash my hands. Then, she walked the other girl up to the front and just yelled back "you done" -- I guess that was a statement and not a question? Regardless, I paid her $5 cash since there is a $8 minimum on credit cards and left. Never coming back - and I warn you to not go there ever.
