  • Installers did a wonderful job. I did feel as though had I not asked about certain things being done, they may not have gotten done. But, no way to tell so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Had a baby gate they took down and put back up. First use after they put it back and the screws came right out of the wall. Not really their fault but, they did not seem to want to do anything about it. THAT is the part that bothered me. I even said I would buy new bolts and do it myself. 10 dollars worth and they did not even offer to take that off the bill. The guy in charge of installs, I think, is Eddie. Stay away. He tries to be nice but, customer service is not is best characteristic. BS guy for sure. Only my opinion. Lisa is great. I had many questions and she was patient and extremely nice the whole time. The install was great. They work . And work hard. They do a fantastic job. I wanted to give 5 stars and was going to until Eddie called me again to ask what I wanted them to do about the baby gate. Telling me how honest his guys are and they said this or that. Whatever. I like the guys . I did not have to be told by him how honest they were. I figured it out all by myself. 5 stars for Lisa and the install crew. -1 for Eddie. I would definitely use these folks again. Price was very competitive and work was excellent. And was able to do it all by phone. I do not recommend that but, I knew what I wanted with many questions. Lisa answered them all. And it all turned out the way I had hoped. AGAIN....5 stars for owner Lisa and the install crew that came out. Do not let 4 stars tempt you to stay away. I will come back to them for more work.
