  • I am writing a response to the following post about my review: Comment from Jessica L. of Loose, Brown & Hobkirk Business Manager 2/7/2018 The person who posted this review has, unfortunately, also posted other negative and untrue reviews about us under other names in attempts to damage our reputation. In response, we will only say that we hold ourselves to the highest moral, ethical and professional standards in the representation of our clients. ============================================= My response today, Wednesday 2/7/2018: I dispute the claim by business manager Jessica L. stating I've posted other reviews about Loose, Brown & Hobkirk. Only one honest review has been posted by me. The other negative reviews are other clients who have had a bad experience with this law firm. I also disagree with their business manager stating they hold themselves to the highest moral, ethical and professional standards in representation of their clients. I certainly did not experience anything near a high standard of professionalism and owner Donald Loose himself was absolutely unethical. Most people are afraid to write an honest review or any review at all about a law firm or one of the lawyers. This is usually a result of intimidation by either the firm or the lawyer himself. In my case, they just set us up and screwed us without any conscience or remorse. As far as ethical and professional standard is concerned, you just don't screw your client. You don't make promises you don't intend to keep. You don't bill for services not performed. You do not under any circumstance ignore your client. If there was any honesty on the part of Loose Brown & Hobkirk and Donald Loose, I would have received a message or a communication from Loose himself in an attempt to show honest concern for their reputation and a former client? I could always update my review and add a resolution or at least some form of positive experience from this firm and Donald Loose. Instead, through the business manager, they further insult the client and deny the truth in an honest review. As I said in my review, DO NOT TRUST DONALD LOOSE OR LOOSE BROWN & HOBKIRK. I know other people who have been screwed by Loose Brown and Hobkirk. Hopefully they will start posting here so the public has the opportunity to know more of the truth. FACT: Law is a business. There are honest and dishonest businesses. Just because someone went to law school and passed the bar does not mean they are honest and ethical. Let me say it again, "Law Is A Business" and the only way to know about a business is through honest reviews. If you find this page and have had a bad experience, DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED. POST YOUR HONEST EXPERIENCE AND HELP OTHERS AVOID THE HELL WE WENT THROUGH.
