  • They broke my rear windshield wiper because they neglected to put a plastic bag over it. Mgr said they will call me when it's in. Okay. I returned to get it installed an asked can I get it run through for the inconvenience. Mgr said oh no we repaired it and that's all we can do. We can't take another hit by giving a free car wash. He said you can get a free car wash but then you don't get the wiper replaced. I guess a $4 wash was was too much spare for customer service. I go there ever two weeks so now they can take $1300 loss in revenue.
