Trying to be adventurous today and try a new pho place, but upon arrival I knew I had be here before years ago as a child. Walking in was a blast from the past, my family and I used to come here almost every Sunday before going to the Seafood market that is no longer there (I guess that's why we stop coming). The food is still as great as I remember it. The menu looks remarkably the same as Pho Thuan Thanh in Mesa.
Got the usual pho number 1 and added the usual basil, siracha, lime and jalapeƱos. Great flavors from the broth and well cooked noodles that combined to be a party in your mouth with ever bite and slurp. We also order 41. broken steam rice with bbq pork. The pork was tender and easy enough to cut with just the spoon and pouring the fish sauce over the meat and pork just gives the right sweet and savory to make you go into a food coma for a month. Not mentioning that the prices average about $6 a person, and you walk away be more full that you ever thought you could be.
