Great coffee, poor staff. The lineup was out the door. Not because of customer volume, but because of the lack of staff serving guests. The gent on cash was also preparing and packaging food and there was a single barista making beverages. I'm used to seeing a dedicated cashier, one person working the oven and food, a dedicated barista and often but not always, a person floating between pouring brewed coffee and teas.
