  • I had a mixed experience with leasing a new Sorento from these people. The salesman, Dale, was very helpful, low pressure and generally a joy to deal with. The Finance Manager, who eventually did the paperwork, Joseph Barone, was very competent and thorough. The Lease Manager was a boob and his boss was a boob. I was told by the boobs that they had the paperwork all prepared and that I just had to come in, sign and be on my way. 3 1/2 hours later and after numerous requests for paperwork that I did not have with me, because I had not been told to bring it with me, I was finally on my way. I am convinced that I would still be sitting at the dealership but for the intervention of Dale and Joseph Barone. Postscript: Just called to try to find out where my coupon book was so I could make payments on the lease. Was first transferred to a number with a full mailbox and then to a guy who was not at his desk. I would like to recommend these guys, and they clearly have some competent people working for them, but the term that comes to mind when thinking about my experience with them as a whole is "chaos."
