I've used LV Photo for 3-4 very different events for my Fortune 100 client over the last 4 years when I'm running something in Las Vegas. They've helped us activate everywhere from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to a ballroom space at the Wynn. They always send enthusiastic people to set up and work the events. Their management is turnkey and you honestly do not have to worry about what's going on with them at all and can spend your time worrying about all your other vendors or guests. They are problem-solvers and will often bring you better options on-site for set up/ideas/etc once they see the layout. They always over deliver and I think they are VERY reasonably priced compared to what else is out there. You can't go wrong. I would put them in my suitcase and bring them back to the east coast with me for events if I could... and I recently told them that and they can help with events outside of Las Vegas apparently, so I may be taking advantage of that!
