  • I wish I could give these apartments ZERO stars. I have lived on the Energy side and now on the Serenity side, and I don't know what I was thinking when I thought it would be okay to stay here again, but on the Serenity side. We have an emotional support animal for my son and they still try and charge us the pet deposit which is illegal. Now, parking is such a joke in this place. All these apartments, BUT no spots. Then you have lazy people who ask for handicap spots to be put in the ONLY places where guests can park ( UNCOVERED) !!! It's bad enough this place has any parking as it is, the management goes an does that. Let me mind you this person is not disabled or hurt. They walk fine to and from there car and up the stairs to their apartment. Management! That's a joke, shouldn't even be titled as that position. There not here to help you, only them selves and these shitty apartments. It's a shame cause they could be so nice. I DO NOT recommend these apartments to anybody, and I CANT wait till our lease is up! #nothanksserenity
