  • I have gone here before and had no problem but today I had an appointment for 9am I get there around 8:50 and nobody showed up till around 9:10 and 5 other people were waiting at the door with their dogs I get inside and tell them I just want my Australian Shepherd trimmed up and specifically said do not shave her just cut. 5 hours later!! I call them and ask them if she was done and they said 30 more mins.. so I waited never got a call so I got in my car and went to get my dog back I get there and don't even recognize my dog. They shaved her all over. Why did it take 5 hours to shave my dog. Never again will I go back here! They do not know dog hair types and do not listen to the customer.
