  • This store has a corner dedicated for bakers with an array of cupcake liners (including unbleached) to tickle anyone's fancy. But really, over-priced cupcake liners? Does that deserve a 5-star rating? No. Calling ahead ready to admit defeat in an odd and desperate search for heart-shaped pancake rings only to be told there is one left and if I wanted, they would set it aside for me, is what earned the 5th star. Friendly customer service is hard to come by these days and this place has a warmth when you are first greeted into the store as well as staff that are very knowledgeable and willing to help. From time to time, they will also have product demonstrations and they also offer knife classes - which is more than a domestic goddess can ask for in a kitchen store! I used to try this store last after I looked to the other known stores of the same genre... The Cook's Place is definitely my trusted go-to kitchen supply store before I bother with the others... ummm, hello... they ACTUALLY had the heart-shaped pancake rings!
