  • I really wanted to love this place... life time lover of 31 Flavors (this place only has 24)... and no Rocky Road??? Unfortunately, every time I've been there they are out of something basic... whipped cream?? We're all out. Hot fudge?? We're all out. Plus bitter decaf... I keep hoping they've pulled it together and give it another try... but always something. All the other negative reviews are consistent with what I've experienced... It seems either this franchisee doesn't care, or is not qualified... seemingly easy fixes to make this a 5star shop. Hopefully corporate takes back this great location.
