  • I was a very happy member here and hate doing this but you deserve every bit of it! Great facility but they have no morals or ethics. I moved in December and the guy up front said I was all set and if they needed anything else from me they would call. 4 months later I find out I was getting billed 160 a month this whole time and they would not refund me even seeing that I haven't set foot in that place since December. Then they would not cancel it until I signed a document. So July 27th I flew back from Houston to this place just to sign on the dotted line!!! Crooks, thrives and disrespectful punks! I will tell everyone I can about this ridiculous experience! Great facility but awful awful management and ethics! This is how you get treated once you are on the way out people.
