rev:text	CONSUMER BEWARE the only reason I am giving them 1 star is because their corporate customer service was incredible. With that being said, I went in for a routine oil change in my Subaru Forester. After hearing a previous customer come in through the back yelling about something that has gone wrong with his vehicle. He kept yelling "I DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT OUR OF THE PARKING LOT"... should've been my sign to get my car off of the rack it was on and stop whatever it was they were doing. So basically the same thing happened to me. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before my transmission wouldn't even shift or pick up. Long story short- I make my way back to back to tell them something was terribly wrong and that I didn't trust them to look at my car a second time so I took it straight to the dealer.... After a $550 bill from the Subaru dealer- jiffy lube drained my transmission oil and lost the cap to it. They also gave me a receipt that barely had any printer ink on it as I could hardly see what was on it but the one thing I could make out that was on it is that they checked my brake lights (although so it said) and I still had one out. Said they checked it- obviously not. So after a whole day wasted, rental car and - bill that put me out 550 ONTOP of what they charged at this location. The ONLY good thing I have to say about jiffy lube and this experience is that their customer service has been impeccable. They are truly great and I am thankful for their service. However please be careful using this location.
