Walked back Out. Originally we were told that the install dates were about 2 weeks out and someone would be calling me for an install date. Two weeks later I called to check on an install date and was told my order had been cancelled. WHAT?!! Turns out that the different carpet ordered for a porch was canceled in error. They did offer 50% discount on the porch carpet which was a small room and Consisted of a price about $50 less. install date was 4 weeks from the order date. I received a phone call one day for The house carpet and received a call the next day for a different install date for the porch carpet. I asked them to please install all the Carpet on
The same day. Installation day arrives and I received a call telling me they were loading up now and would arrive in 15-20 minutes which turned into about an hour later. Maybe they stopped off for breakfast?
