  • This place wasn't bad but wasn't great, here is a list of things I liked/disliked. There is a gate with a key code, but seemed like anyone could get in easily There is a trash valet service that charged $40 a month on top of what we were already paying, there was no way out of that "nickel and dime" fee. Also, if you put your trash in the bin outside of your door at the wrong time, you will be threatened by a fine. The community trash bins seemed to get full quickly and we had to complain to get them emptied more often due to a nasty stench! If you live here, and have a bicycle, do not park/lock it up at the provided bicycle parking, the wheels got stolen off of mine, along with many other bicycles. The maintenance crew is fast to fix any problem that may arise! The community pool is well maintained and nice. The gym/fitness room is awesome, great assortment of cardio and weight machines. There is an office area with computers that provides internet and printers. They have a pool table and a nice tv down by the office. Overall, it was nice for an apartment complex for being Downtown, the rates could be better and was comparable to what I am now paying for a house which is actually cheaper a month.
