  • Thank goodness for Ed -- as a first-time buyer, I badly needed someone knowledgeable in my corner. Ed came through in spades -- the realtors don't like him because nothing gets by him, and he's totally on your side (unlike the realtors themselves, who only seem to care about closing a sale). He actively encouraged me to be present during the entire inspection and took the time to educate me during and after (I found his environmental expertise especially helpful in this regard). Highly recommended.
