An update to last week's post. I did hear back from the district manager who had been on vacation since our last phone call. Public Storage took responsibility for what happened. Apologies were offered. I was compensated for my lost time. I am a much happier customer now, thus the new 4 star rating. Businesses are made of people, and people make mistakes. Things are going to go wrong. My only requirement for continued business with anyone is that they take responsibility and try to fix it. Public Storage did that and I will continue to be a customer.
