Let me preface this review by saying that I didn't pay for my stay so I can't speak to the value, but it is a nice hotel. Not quite as nice as the Intercontinental I stayed at in New Orleans earlier this year. Room was clean, hallways well lit. It was very quiet and once we were in our room I couldn't really hear anything outside.
The gym is on the 4th floor of the hotel. A little 1990's, carpeted, humid, and too warm for my personal preference. No windows either so it feels a little like you're in a bunker.
Service was good, and lobby is nice. Plenty of cabs if you're looking to catch a ride to the airport.
Obvious benefit is location, it's connected to the Cleveland Clinic by a skyway bridge. There's not really anything else around the hotel. Sketchy, not walkable, but that's true of most of the city so definitely cab or Uber it if you want to get around.
