I wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely bad service. Ean is incompetent and rude. I moved out of my apartment on the 31st with moving help and put my stuff in a ubox to be delivered to California. Went there a week in advance and asked them to charge my card so I pay in advance and won't experience any delays. He said he cannot until I move into the box, and will do so on the 31st when the moving help people receive the box on my behalf. Two days later on the 2nd, I called in saying I see no transactions from Uhaul, wondering what happened and he told me that they did not take the payment and my business days will start from the 2nd. Basically, ate up 2 business days for no good reason. Then, I checked online and kept seeing that my box is still at the warehouse on the 6th, and called in to ask why. Then he told me that although he charged me for 1800+ dollars for shipping to CA, he did not charge me $18 for insurance and since it appears as if I have a balance, the business days will start from the 6th. And it was the 14th when they decided to ship the ubox out of Pittsburgh, with estimated arrival on the 28th.
From 31st of July to 28th of August is what you should understand when Uhaul people tell you 12(!!!) business days.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR
