If I could rate zero, I would. I booked a biogel full set and walked in to a disaster. Minutes into going my nails, the girl doing them said something to a guy I think is the owner about not feeling confident doing my nails because I told her to fix a mistake she made. The owner came over and told me this and then kept trying to convince me to get UV gel instead and that apparently that was the only way it would look how I wanted it to... when I explained that I had just removed a UV gel set, he seemed annoyed. I opted to get a pedicure while they figured out who was going to do my set and eventually the receptionist came to me and told me the only person who could do them was the girl and she would only be doing UV gel. I was pawned off from nail tech to nail tech until I finally got serviced by another young man who did a rushed biogel and shellac job. I paid $124 for a shellac pedi and the worst set I've ever gotten on my nails as well as some of the poorest customer service. I actually used to like this place! But now I see that they're just lazy unless you're a client they like and you're trying to get something decorative and expensive. I will be making an appointment with another nail salon to remedy the poor ass job they've done and would advise everybody to steer clear. Oh and on the way out, I noticed they still have a conditional pass since last year. Stop being so greedy and get it together.
