  • I've used PPM to manage the rentals properties I own in the Las Vegas area since 2011. Over that time I've sold some, purchased some others and had to rehab a few and all the while PPM has worked with me to ensure a smooth transition regardless of the situation. I can't speak much from a renter's perspective, though all of my renters now are long term renters who continually renew their leases which implies to me that PPM must treat them well too. I will continue to use PPM for my Vegas rentals without any hesitation based on the experience I've had with them.
