  • Giving a star cause u have too.... Their exchange policy is ridiculous! My mom got me a cute sweatshirt I needed a larger size, they say cause I don't have receipts all they can do is give me what system says $2.79 yet I need to buy larger size at sale price which is $29.99 ! WTF is that! What a way to rip off customers ! Now I need to wait n have my mom mail me her receipt so u can get the right size ! What horrible customer service n policies ! I called my mom n told her to stop shopping here its ridiculous just for an exchange !
