| - I have been taking my Honda CR-V for servicing to Wilde East Towne Honda for the last year. They have been great in getting me in on short notice, and working on the uncommon services I needed. In May '17 before the labor day weekend my car was stolen (and found). I needed to get my car re-keyed. Louis in the service department worked with me for getting it done. He advised me on options, cost, and implications. He also worked on getting a loaner while my car was being serviced.
Since then they have been able to get me in quick for regular services. I like working with their service advisers since they are not pushy, will explain the services needed, will clearly tell you if you need them now or can wait for sometime. I also like their up-front pricing on regular services, and the ability to book appointments online.
I also worked with Jim, their Service Manager, who was really great in getting goodwill assistance from Honda for my a/c. He not only advocated on my behalf to get me assistance for my out of warranty car, he also got me in for a Saturday appointment on a Friday. I went in expecting just an inspection but he had the parts ready, and after a quick inspection, they had my car fixed same day. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness. I had mentioned I work weekdays, and they put in good effort to make sure I did not have to come back again for the repair.
