  • I called on Tuesday and I believe it was Janette, the receptionist, who helped me and she was able to get me an appointment with Dr Wong right away. As soon as I step inside I was greeted by janette and she made me feel welcomed and she was super friendly. Dr Wong was super awesome he offered me water as I was filling out paper work, which was nice. During the eye exam, he took his time and explained everything to me. It was easy to ask questions and not feel intimidated because he is very nice and you can tell he cares about his patients. He answered most of my questions before I even asked them which was nice haha. As for the office itself it's very modern and lots of space to move around. I did not look at what they had to offer for glasses but from glancing over to that area it seems like they have a lot of different frame choices. The place was very clean and organized. Overall I give this place a 5 because I've never had an experience at an optometrists to be so inviting and comfortable as I did on Tuesday. I do look forward to coming back. It's nice to feel like the staff genuinely cares about you.
