  • Unfortunately I can not speak highly for the honesty or professionalism of this gym. I signed up for a month to month contract so I could use the Fitchburg swimming pool. I was 5 months pregnant at the time, and was assured that I could "freeze" my account. There was several issues with the honesty in the sale, and I am informed today that I am on a 24 month contract. The unfortunate part is that I really enjoy these facilities. With an infant, full time work and a graduate school program I needed to cancel for a few months. Not only was the sales person not able to give me clear information, Crystal also proceeded to be very rude and unprofessional. I am sharing this experience with the intent that another family will not have this bad experience. ***FYI if you sign a 24 month contract, there is no cancelation fee option. This is about $1,200.
