  • Stay away!! I had a guy who lived in the complex try to break into my apartment 3 times! I literally caught him twice at my side window trying to break in. I called the cops and our neighbors who also called the cops when they caught the guy red handed as well. I had 3 police reports. The manager would not move us to another apartment even after 3 attempted break ins. My daughter and fiancĂ©e did not feel safe there alone while I worked nights so we gave our 30 day notice and moved out. I did not receive any of the court notices after I moved out so obviously did not attend court and automatically lost. I got a hold of the actual owner of the complex and explained the situation and even offered to settle but he didn't care at all and said it was already to collections. I got garnished for about 5 months until i quit my job because i couldnt live off of the pay after the garnishment. Now I have $5000 on my credit
