Waste of time and money... I first scheduled an appointment through ZocDoc to get an allergy test done, the day before that appointment they called and said there was a scheduling error and I would need to have this appointment sometime the following week, so I rescheduled. After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour I was taken to another room to wait another 30 minutes, then told I wouldn't be able to have the allergy test that day due to an insurance requirement (I understand this is out of their control but wish they would have told me prior to the appointment)
Made an appointment for a week later to have the allergy test done waited for 30 minutes in the waiting area and had the allergy test done and was told I would have the results in about a week... I called every week for 5 weeks and eventually got a call returned saying they wanted to schedule another appointment, to which I replied that I didn't have time for that currently and instead for now wanted to know what I was most allergic to and they said a doctor would call back with that information shortly... That was 3 weeks ago!
All they want is to keep charging you co-pays and to do as little as possible each visit without actually helping... I guess it's back to taking Zyrtec everyday for now.
