The quality of their furniture is pretty nice but I feel like it is still mostly overpriced. It is their customer service though that is truly awful.
The sales woman was quite rude and condescending not only to me but to my girlfriend. She told me they can hold items until I am ready to move and that I could pick the item up at a different Levin store that was right by where I am moving, then a day after I bought it she called and said that I had to pick it up within the next week. Well, I wasn't moving for another month so i had to go with delivery instead.
She had pushed getting delivery pretty hard on me when I was in the store and said it would only be $70. Now when I agree to it, I check my bank statement (I got not confirmation email or receipt for the delivery I bought after the sale) and see that I was charged $100. After calling in, I am told it is $70 for one item (table) but that it was extra because the table came with chairs.
On top of this, they have an automated calling system that has been calling me every morning at 8:45 to ask when I would like to have my item delivered despite telling them twice that I can't give them a delivery date until it gets closer to the closing. When I asked their customer service about this I was told that they could "put the item on hold" instead of whatever status it is now (presumably something like "ready for delivery") which would stop those calls, but that then it might not be available to be sent out when I need it.
So basically, the sales woman was rude. She lied about the delivery cost. And I have to get a robocall every morning from them for three weeks just because "that's how their system works".
That was my experience with Levin Furniture. The table was nice though.
