I've been here on a few occasions and always notice how bare their donut racks are (maybe find something pretty to take up space on the empty racks when not being used so it doesn't look so bare? Put something over the see-through window so we can't see the bare racks? Aesthetics...), and they are SERIOUSLY lacking in donut variety. Each time I go there are a few different specialty donuts and the rest are pink/white sprinkle, glaze, sugar coated and chocolate frosted (I know there can be a couple different ones but out of all the donuts I've seen in many different donut shops this store has maybe 20% of the usual basic variety). The donuts are good (which isn't saying much because it's hard for any donut to not be good. I've had bad donuts and these definitely aren't bad, but they're not exceptionally good either... just taste like regular donut shop donuts... which are good, lol). They could definitely benefit from some interior design work (goes a long way) as their interior just looks weird/ lackluster, and I would recommend making more of a variety of donuts (crumb? donut holes? bear claws? coconut? etc?). I don't know if they don't make a good variety because they're just not busy enough and want to make sure they sell what they have, but it would be nice to walk in in the early after noon and not see a bunch of the same 4 or 5 donuts left over. I get that they might sell out of some in the morning but maybe make less of those same ones and more of the ones they run out of so quickly? If a donut place is gonna stay open til 9pm have great and a variety of donuts long past morning!! If you don't want to do that, close earlier. Makes sense to me.
I go there because it's very close to my house and I get donuts maybe 3 times a month but if donuts were extremely important to me or I often picked up large amounts for work or something I'd search for another place. I would have given 2.5 stars given the chance but rounded up.
