  • I had the same thing happen!! Canceled in July and August and September. They keep giving me confirmation codes that I am canceled and today I get another bill. How many times do you have to cancel! I won't do business with them again. They said I will get a final bill in November with a credit. I told them just send a check. Hopefully in November I won't be back here again because they still haven't cancelled my bill!! I returned my equipment back in July. Maybe I should have held it ransom!! DONT USE CENTURY LINK. I gave them one star because I had to to post. Should have a negative star!
