Off to a really bad start with them today at my new apt in Gilbert.
They were supposed to show up from 1 to 5 and ended up a no show.
I even got a confirmation call in the morning.
After being on the phone with them for nearly 2 hours, most of it on hold, they told me my order was on hold. WHAT??
I set it up about 2 weeks ago and got a confirmation email for October 3rd.
They told me that it was set up for October 4th.
Not true!!
My apartment complex does not offer Cox otherwise I would definitely go with them.
I've been with COX for 2 years and not one single problem, alot more reasonable too
CenturyLink is showing bad customer service and I am very leary of them.
