  • Got a recall notice via mail from them and set up an appointment. When I went there they had no appointment or information about my appointment. All they offers was to reschedule. I asked them to at least give my car a quick wash since I drove 30 min there. They even refused that. These guys need to get their act together and work on their customer service.
