  • My maintenance light came on and I needed an oil change so I checked out some of the shops around me and saw My Mechanic has oil change specials & was close by, so I decided to come in on a Wednesday for an oil change after arriving and waiting a few minutes in the front lobby no one came up front to help me, it was like a ghost town...So I went around the side of the business where a few mechanics were working, after getting one of the employees attention I was rudely confronted by an employee who claimed to be the manger (young skinny white guy) when I asked about the oil change he laughed at me & claimed they were way to busy for an oil change & to go away then ignored me. Beyond rude! I would not recommend this shop for anything the manger is extremely disrespectful and coustomer service is nonexistent here.
