  • What I love most about Douglas is his troubleshooting. He's detailed and knows exactly what to do right away. I guess it comes with the territory since he's been doing it for 20 years. My landlord has used him in the past and everytime it's always been a fair price where other companies want hundreds of dollars more. He's personal and professional and has excellent customer service. Thank you Douglas for saving me today..words can never describe how much I appreciate how you handled things today.
