This terminal is made up of 2 stations, 1 for arrivals and 1 for departures.
The place seems to be busy every time I am here to take a bus in our out of the station. There are a lot of seats in here but not many stores in the station. That's ok though since it's surrounded by a lot of stores and even has a street meat vendor out front.
If you're here for a day trip there are a lot of lockers for you to store your bags etc. I notice the price of the lockers seem to be sky rocketing though.
The lines are pretty nice were people actually obey them, I recently came back from Italy and can appreciate our lineups now that have a roped in area for people to line up and stand.
There are washrooms on the premise as well as pay phones and taxi's. If you want to catch a subway you need to exit the building at Bay St and cross the street into the building with the Red Lobster sign. Everything is pretty close and the people working the tellers will help you out if you ask them.
