  • Great place, mediocre service. The facilities at Walden are five star! Well thought out & designed. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly but not good at communicating with customers, returning phone calls, or coordinating between the spa and the inn. My service providers were very young and very inexperienced. I appreciate that everyone has to start somewhere but I don't expect to get someone right out of school when I'm paying $200 for a massage and $150 for a pedicure. The spa suites are incredible! Definitely an oasis and a wonderful place to spend alone time. I would have been equally as relaxed if I had just rented a spa suite without the massage & pedi. Go for the sauna & tub & alone time in a wonderful atmosphere. Find another place for spa services.
