  • Top notch! Mark replaced the fan, hard drive, and battery in my aging laptop (5 year old Toshiba Satellite). The fan no longer sounds like a dying jet trying to take off and my computer is faster than it was when I bought it! Mark's customer service skills really impressed me but his knowledge of computers blew me away. His prices are very affordable considering the high quality of service. I would have spent easily 4 times more to buy a new laptop. Throughout the process he was readily available and able to accommodate all of my requests, even when I added a request to my order unexpectedly. We will be going to him for all future computer needs. No conglomerates, mark-ups, or corporate shenanigans here, just a wholesome locally owned business with an amazingly talented, polite, and intelligent technician. A diamond in the rough if ever there was one!
