  • Don't be discouraged by its appearance. This is truly a diamond in the rough. Prices are beyond fair, and staff is nothing short of amazing. I had a windshield that needing replacement and clips for loose molding, a job they were willing to schedule within 4 hours of my calling; I was not only met by prompt and courteous customer service in the office, but quality mechanics who thoroughly explained every step and concern along the way. Unfortunately, my first windshield had been delivered chipped; not only did they immediately inform me and send for a replacement to be delivered within 10 minutes, but they apologized for the inconvenience and offered an extremely generous discount. Although I chose to meet them on site, they have an expansive team that will come out to you, delivering these same high quality standards at your convenience. There is also an on premise mechanic to help with oil changes and maintenance. All in all I am floored by the quality of workmanship and service I received, proving you can't judge a book by its cover... or a business by its curb appeal.
