-Watched a worker touch his hat and wipe sweat from his face with a towel but not change gloves after. Amateur mistake.
-They've now posted a sign saying only "trained" service dogs are allowed inside.... for the review about them not allowing a service dog. Still not entirely PC because "trained" is rather objective, but at least they're trying to cover their asses now.
-For folks with allergies: they don't seem to clean the metal slabs between making different types of ice cream. I'm sure they would, but I'd advise you to tell them about allergies. Hoping they perhaps use a specific slab for nuts.
-I shit you not it took us 35+ minutes after ordering to get our ice cream. We knew it was packed, but maybe some sort of time warning would be nice.
Ice cream was pretty bomb, and they'll stay slammed cause it's a cool concept, but they definitely need to tweak a few things here.
