Your Receptionist is awesome. Pleasant on the phone and more so, in person. Unfortunately, my first experience (with Martha) was shameful. I went in for a lower back/upper glute PAIN RELIEF massage and she stayed on my glutes and rarely touching my back. Even me asking her why she is avoiding my back, several times. In my 3 years of massages, I have never, ever left an appointment feeling the same if not worse than I came in. The Receptionist graciously offered me another appointment with Patrice.
Please ask Martha not to greet the clients with left over snacks in her mouth and smelling like corn chips.
I came in the next day and Patrice is MUCH better and concentrated on the problem areas. After the disappointment with Martha, Patrice did a good job. As an athlete I did need deeper, but she was very good at what she did. I will certainly come back to her for a basic massage, in the future.
What is your least favorite thing about Massage 1? What areas do we need to work on or improve?
Martha needs to offer her professional opinion, but not ignore what the client wanted. I came in for PAIN relief in my lower back and I got a relaxing massage on my glutes. I understand the muscles are connected but she spent no more than 5 minutes on my back. I was in horrible pain later on in the night. That should not be happening.
Love your price point and that you do not need a membership. You should be advertising more or be on social media more often. Las Vegas needs to know about your business! :)
