  • I really want to like this place, but I keep getting disappointed by it. Pretty terrible service overall. Showed up around 10:00 and asked for a pool table. Estimate was about 1h so we sat down and ordered some drinks..(not cheap).. 11:30 rolls around, and I ask the pool table assistant how long until our table is ready.. 30 more minutes minimum... really!!???!? At 12:10, we finally get a table, no clear indication where the table is though.. Once we find it, it's completely surrounded by people, impossible to play a game of pool. No one is willing to move, and the staff are useless.. we try for 30 some minutes to enjoy a game, but the effort is lost. After about 30 minutes of play, we call it quits and leave. No sympathy from the staff.. What a waste. 8$ worth of pool and no fun had. I really wish this place would get their shit together, the potential is there......
