I've been ordering poutine delivery from here for years. Unfortunately there was a mixup recently and I ended up paying for my order twice (was told the credit card payment didn't go through, so I paid cash. Then the payment went through).
I called the restaurant, and was told to call back in the morning when the owner would be there, as he was the only one who could help me.
I called back in the morning. Before I could fully explain, he yelled at me and hung up. I called back. "I have to take care of my business, you want money, I don't know what you're talking about." Click.
It's not worth calling back to get treated like shit by the owner. The other staff have always been fine.
It's not very good anyway, so no great loss...except that extra $25 I just gave them.
