  • What a mistake! On the surface, this place appears nice. Our pick because it was the only 3-5 star pet friendly hotel available. The Hollywood theme is great, and the food at Planet Dallies was awesome. Realize the advertised room rate only covers the room, which happens to be quite large. Basic amenities that are available in most 1-2 star hotels these days (frig, wifi, coffee maker) must be requested and you will be charged. There is only 1 outlet in the room to charge electronics. Housekeeping is a joke! The bathroom counter was covered with a sticky substance. The sink fixtures were corroded, and the one of the sinks backed up (thankfully there are 2). OLD dog feces was left near one of the large, uncomfortable sitting chairs. Since we have a small dog and we were only there 1 night, I'm certain it wasn't from our dog. GROSS! Bottom line: PH is great for the restaurants and decor. Ssssssoooooo glad we left and went to the Four Seasons.
