| - How this location has 4 stars is crazy ! I've been here now 3 times and all have been unpleasant , Stacy helped the 1st time and although nice , did not go over details that are important like $45 restocking fee for an exchange 2days later , she said that I could exchange it with no problem ! Well that's a problem . Also I informed her I tried to order online so the activation fee would be waived but sprint kept kicking me off , still nothing . My view would have been to waive the fee but that's just my customer service training ! This brings me to the 2nd visit with Ria, again very helpful but lacks customer service knowledge on returns and failed to mention only 1 exchange per customer ! Reason for my exchange is I TRIED to make the switch to Android but not able to do I need and want my Apple back ! This brings me to the current visit with Sam being rude since the call in and far worse in-person, if smacking an employee was not illegal I would , he is far to immature to be employed and gives Sprint a bad taste , it's the small things like snapping your pen while talking to a customer , the tone in which you talk to a person , I mean I get it we all have those days but that's why you leave it at the dang door before you clock in ! I've been here waiting for Kevin (Manager) while he is on conference call and had the pleasure to watch sprint employees interact and it is just so unprofessional (sitting on counter, rude to customers, the pen lol, yes I'm being petty now ) , maybe it's the location ! But remember with out the customers sprint wouldn't be here !
