  • We leased a car 3 years ago from this location and from start to finish the experience was terrible. Sales process took extremely long, the sales person was cocky and condescending. Each Service trip was horrific customer service and we left beyond frustrated every time. You'd think they would want to appreciate a customer that will return after a lease to purchase or lease again, that's absolutely not true here, they treat their customers like dirt. I love Volkswagen brand but will warn you to choose a different dealership.
