| - I've only been there for lunch on weekdays, so I can't really offer much about the margaritas, which should probably make this review a complete waste of your time. Going to any sort of Mexican restaurant and not having alcohol is ridiculous. This is the only time I hate my job.
There are certain things that I like, and one of them is certainly tasty salsa. It's compounded by having multiple varieties and fresh chips to dip into said myriad salsas. This can only be improved upon by not charging me for it. Pedro's has this correct, so they're walking in the right direction to keep me interested.
Otherwise, for the food, don't kid yourself. This isn't Rick Bayless, and they aren't running to push Graze out of the limelight. (Lime...with tequila...why can't I drink on the job?) It's Americanized Mexican. You're paying more than Taco Bell because the ingredients are generally better. It's a workhorse menu of all of your comfortable Mexican standards that the suburbs of Wisconsin have grown to love even as they vote to keep Mexicans out. It's good food. Just good, perfectly middle of the road and acceptable, whether it's enchiladas, burritos, or tamales.
Service was okay. Our servers knew the routine on our visits and hit all the standard marks on refills, clearing, etc. There wasn't much personality, but that was reflecting of the entire experience. Everything was almost neutral. Nothing bad, nothing great.
Drinks? Yes...soon.
