  • The air conditioning in this location has been out for at least a month. I asked the service counter girl to speak to a manager about it and she stuttered and said he was out of town. Then they tried to tell me some pre versed AC excuses. I work on ac units for one and Ive been in the place several summers to know the unit has functioned in the customer area just fine. I am appalled they would let their customers sit in sweltering heat 20-30 people at a time waiting in line sweating their B's off for over a month in the summer. The customer service has been exceptional over the past few years but this is ridiculous. To whomever told the counter people to give bogus excuses instead of fixing the problem, said it to the wrong person....
